MODERN HOT YOGA

Life Time Athletic has acquired our popular Modern Hot Flow Yoga program, and classes have moved to the Life Time facility in Syosset, NY, along with some of our Modern instructors. The exciting longer-term potential is for Life Time to expand our Modern Hot Flow Yoga, renamed Modern Hot Yoga, to their spectacular clubs in New York and throughout North America.

Life Time has the only other facilities we consider up to our Modern standards, including their large, resort-like destinations, breadth of services and programs, protocols, cleanliness and safety, and their tremendous instructors and staff. They are truly the preeminent brand in the healthy lifestyle and fitness industry.
